I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ishigaki. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I really enjoyed the hot spa and saunas, as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very good breakfast. Staff mostly English speaking and super friendly and helpful! . Overall very clean hotel. Large and friendly rooms. The location on the outskirts of the city is like this - you always have to take a taxi to get to the city and back.

The pool is already small for the size of the hotel and there is unfortunately no beach access. According to the size of the pool very few couches.

Breakfast and location were great. Also the two hotel restaurants. Beautiful pool, very quiet, ideal for relaxing.

The beach is very narrow and the shallow water quickly becomes stony. Not for beach enthusiasts.

The amenities were top-notch, including an indoor and outdoor pool, spa facilities, and a delicious breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western options. I especially enjoyed the rooftop area where I could stargaze at night. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Extremely good customer service. Very nice onsen landscape. Good Okinawa restaurant at an acceptable price. Very nice breakfast.

No usable beach. Bicycles don't exist. To get to a beach you need a car. The hotel is located about 4 km from the harbour. There is a constant, sometimes deafening humming of anchoring cruise ships or ferries to the small islands. From 11:30 to 14:00 is dead pants. You get nothing but lunch.

The fourth floor seaview twin room was spacious with ample storage and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and multilingual, making communication easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Japanese and continental options, and the buffet lunch and dinner were both delicious and affordable. The hotel's location, near the beach and with a beautiful pool and garden area, was a definite plus.

The half-hour of live music every evening was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was excellent, being next to the sea with beautiful views. The free shuttle bus provided easy connectivity to the city, and there were grocery and souvenir shops on the premises, which was helpful for exploring the surrounding islands by ferry.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the Ishigaki port, making it easy for me to take ferries to other nearby islands. The proximity to the Armoco Italian restaurant down the street was also a great perk, as I was able to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far.

We loved the beautiful view from the room and the convenient location near the beach and Armoco Italian restaurant. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy, and the breakfast served to us every morning was tasty. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Armoco Italian restaurant and Ishigaki port, making it easy to access other islands. It is also near the coastline, providing beautiful views. guests can enjoy Fusaki beach which is only a short drive away. The rooms have modernized bathrooms and the staff are helpful.

The outdoor swimming pool is small and crowded, and there is no beach onsite for guests to swim at.
